The Creative Talent Masters (CTM) Program, coordinated by EConnect with TAMISEMI, is
designed to nurture talents in arts, sports, and innovation for students and
non-students, creating financial and career opportunities.

Students from primary , secondary schools, colleges and universities, as well as talented non-students
(entrepreneurs), can register, subject to approval by a teacher (for students) or the
system owner (for non-students).
Missing training without a valid reason may lead to suspension or removal from the
program. Notify EConnect via phone or message for safety and attendance tracking.
The CTM Program is an ongoing initiative with continuous enrollment. Training sessions
are held regularly, and participants can progress through different levels based on
their skill development and commitment.
Graduates of the CTM Program gain access to various opportunities including talent
showcases, competitions, partnerships with brands, career placements, and potential
sponsorship for further development of their talents.
